At Sonkas Baking Materials, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the terms outlined below.
RETURNS
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
We will issue the customer a Store Credit for all sucessfully returned items.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrectly supplied.
- Eligible for a size, color, or model change (subject to availability).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Clearance items.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Edibles (for hygiene reasons)
REFUNDS
When an order has been returned succesfully to us, we typically offer the customer a STORE CREDIT with which they can use to purchase other items.
However, we can offer refund of cash in the following situations:
- The item the customer needs is out of stock and we have already received payment.
- We shipped a wrong item and customer refuses an exchange.
- The customer received the item after our stipulated delivery time frame and no longer needs the item as a result.
- We are yet to ship out the customers order.
- The customer was saving money with us towards the purchase of an item, but no longer wants to proceed with the purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

● We’ll access your return request and advise the best possible means you can return the item(s).
● You are responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as re-shipping the exchanged item to you , UNLESS the fault was from us..
Note that you can also return an item in person by visiting any of our store locations in Aba, Onitsha, Lagos or Abuja.
