We understand that, despite our best efforts to satisfy your order perfectly, there may be a reason to cancel or modify your order, or even return a purchased item. Our returns policy explains your rights and obligations in these situations, as well as other important information.
REFUNDS for Order Modification or Cancellation
You will be refunded if you decide to cancel your order with us before it is being shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. You only need to:
● Contact the branch you placed your order with as soon as possible via WhatsApp with your order details, indicating you want to cancel or modify your order.
Your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you, less #500 naira processing fees.
Note that cancellation after an order has shipped is not possible. Any order or portion of an order canceled after it has been shipped is considered a return, and our return policy will apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction means a great deal to us. If you have purchased an item but the product wasn’t as described, we are happy to return or exchange it. However, there are a few important things to know about our return and exchange policy:
● Consumable items for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
● Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 2 days from date of receipt of items. This means that from the day you receive your order, you have 48 hours to inform us if you don’t want to keep it and wish to return it for an exchange.
Wholesale customers are advised to check and test the items they purchased as soon as they receive them as return / exchange requests at a later date may not be entertained.
● We do not refund shipping costs.
● Any special order or custom-made products are not refundable or returnable.
● All items must be unused, in new condition with original packaging. Seals and factory packaging MUST be intact.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is aimed at helping customers who immediately realise upon receipt of their order, that that was not what they were expecting to receive..
However, to prevent abuse, We reserve the ultimate right to turn down a return request after considering the circumstances.
Customers are also encouraged to read the description of any item they wish to purchase (on the website) to have an idea of what they expect to receive and ask further questions (if confused) by chatting up any of our branches on WhatsApp..
How to Request a Return or Refund

● We’ll access your return request and advise the best possible means you can return the item(s).
● You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
● Note that if you are exchanging an item, it will be billed as separate transaction.
