If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may return eligible items within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a return, items must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Be unused and in their original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We will issue the customer a Store Credit for all sucessfully returned items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We offer exchanges for items that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Defective or damaged upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Incorrectly supplied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Eligible for a size, color, or model change (subject to availability).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The following items cannot be returned or exchanged <strong>unless they are defective<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Clearance items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Customized or special-order products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Edibles (for hygiene reasons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">When an order has been returned succesfully to us, we typically offer the customer a STORE CREDIT with which they can use to purchase other items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">However, we can offer refund of cash in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The item the customer needs is out of stock and we have already received payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We shipped a wrong item and customer refuses an exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The customer received the item after our stipulated delivery time frame and no longer needs the item as a result.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">We are yet to ship out the customers order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The customer was saving money with us towards the purchase of an item, but no longer wants to proceed with the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contact us by sending a WhatsApp message to the branch you placed your order from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;
